Wolffer Estate Vineyard Description

The color is a beautiful bright light rose. The aroma is pure and filled with fresh hay and fine baked apple, hints of kumquat and of a rose in full bloom. The mouthfeel is vibrant and refreshing, perfectly balanced with lovely fruit notes of fresh peach and nice citrus notes. There is wonderful acidity and good minerality. This non-alcoholic sparkling has an elegant lightness from start to the long satisfying and cleansing finish.
