Winemaker Notes

Oeil-de-perdrix, French for "eye of the partridge" is a traditional term for this wine's seductive color. To capture this shade along with the wine's crisp acidity and bold berry flavors, they lightly press Pinot Noir whole clusters, then allow the wine a brief affair with French oak barrels during and after fermentation.

This spicy rosé offers notes of cherry incense. candied ginger, and spearmint. Orange peel and melon meld with beautiful acidity as minerality runs deep.
