Amarone is made from partially raisinated grapes from the finest parts of the Veneto. Extra power and concentratoin is met with commensurate elegance and complexity! The nose is a wall of fruit (black cherries), spice and a hint of cocoa. It's dry, fruity, warm, rich and velvety in the mouth. After the wine leaves your palate, you are left with a persistent and elegant finish that continues to evolve, even though the wine has gone.
