Here, I came across the challenge of bringing back to life the ancient tradition of Calabrian Zibibbo, a historic grape of the region with a potential still to be explored. After over a decade of effort, I managed to get authorization to vinify Zibibbo as a Calabrian IGP, an achievement that filled me with pride. Our commitment has been recognized internationally: in 2020, the New York Times included our Calabrian Zibibbo among the best white wines of Italy, a recognition that pushed us to keep going with even more determination.
