Bedrock Wine - Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (750ml)

The latest from Morgan Twain-Peterson and Chris Cottrell, the 2021 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Bedrock and Montecillo vineyards in Sonoma. 

A deep, nearly opaque red, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is spicy, with wild herbs, redcurrants, and menthol. Full-bodied, with ripe raspberry fruit, this is what a great entry Sonoma Cab can be all about. With herbal overtones, solid structure, and ripe fruit, this is a great value to enjoy over the next several years. 

Winemaker Notes

This wine comes from several vineyards planted across the distinct and wonderful terroirs of Sonoma County The hope is to make a wine that is perfumed and fresh but a bit more approachable in its youth. Picked at moderate ripeness levels to preserve varietal character, this was aged in predominately older oak barrels.

Drink now with decanting for aeration (not for sediment removal) or hold for up to a decade or more.
