The Blanc-Sain 2023 is a rare, natural-style Chardonnay that offers bright fruit, crisp acidity, and a mineral backbone, making it a standout for those seeking a fresh, aromatic white from southern Burgundy.
Winemaking is carried out via direct pressing.
The Fermentation is done without sulfites,using natural yeasts.
Aging is In used barrels and stainless tanks without sulfites, though a small amout of sulfites are added at bottling for stabilization

Aroma & palate: Aromatic and fresh, bursting with yellow fruit notes
Texture: Initially round and full, then developing into tonic freshness and a tense finish
Mineral hint: A subtle flinty/mineral character on the finish
Flavor Profile - Fresh yellow fruit (apple, citrus), with a buttery, slightly flinty edge and a hint of spice. Elegant and balanced, with a lingering mineral finish
