Each of things are exceedingly rare to find in a cachaça. Put them together and you find this ultimate expression from Mãe de Ouro (Mother of Gold).  The Nahor family estate uses eco-friendly and sustainable processes to cultivate sugarcane used in all of their production. 

Most cachaça is not made for sipping but for the national drink, the Caipirinha (2 bar spoons of sugar, 3 lime wedges - Muddle, then add 2.5 oz cachaça & ice.  Shake like heck and pour into a large rocks glass, limes and all). This single-barrel is made for sipping. It's a fine rum.   But if you want to be decadent, it makes the most amazing caipirinha you will ever have.
