This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Not too sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee and dark fruit. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.

When asked to tell the story behind the name, Geof Karch (the owner of Colt's Neck Stillhouse which produced MuckleyEye) explained that, “This is a term my grandfather used for those moments of discovery, joy and enthusiasm. He’d scream out, ‘Holy Muckleyeye!’…a word of exuberance that matched the level of my passion for what I’m doing. Hopefully people will say ‘Holy MuckleyEye’ at the end of the experience.” This proclamation captures the core of the distillery’s motto: Each product is made with white-knuckle enthusiasm and exuberant pride.
